Accessibility
Cambridge Strategy Group (CSG)’s website accessibility statement forms part of a formal policy that addresses disability in the broadest sense. As a company, we are deeply committed to a policy of equal opportunities for all.
Our website has been designed and developed with due regard for the provisions of and compliance with the Equality Act 2010 (EQA.) The EQA was introduced with the intention of dealing with the issue of disability discrimination, including the accessibility of websites to disabled persons. To this end, best practices such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG) developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) were included in the design and development of the website.
For instance, the website has been designed to be accessed on a range of devices ranging from smart phones to tablets to laptops, web enabled TVs and desktop computers. Fonts were selected that are easy to read and ensure that page and section titles are in clear, large fonts. The use of ALT text has been limited and Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) have been used to enhance accessibility for disabled persons.
