Roughly 80% of our work has traditionally been with law firms, ranging from the very largest in the world down to quite modest partnerships. Over the past twenty years, we have worked with law firms, bar associations and other legal sector entities in over 30 countries on all continents except Antarctica.

We have advised offices of upper mid-sized accounting firms on strategy and have experience also in strategy and business model enhancement in other kinds of consulting firms.

EARLY STAGE HIGH-TECH, LIFE SCIENCES, BIO-TECH AND RELATED BUSINESSES

Our range of competencies are well suited to most businesses where the assets of the companies reside between the ears of those working for the firm, the knowledge that they create and their relationships with the firm’s clients. Our location at the St John’s Innovation Centre in Cambridge, which is home to several dozen early-stage HiTech, BioTech, FinTech, life sciences and similar companies places us well to advise these kinds of business, too.

SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (SEZ) STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT

We advised a major economic free zone in the Bahamas on its strategy for developing a number of SEZs aimed at deep-knowledge enterprises and maritime, tourism, logistics and light manufacturing industries. Our work formed the basis for negotiations with the Government of the Bahamas around policy and regulatory changes required to make the SEZs appealing to investors and competitive with others in the region.
